Before using the SincronHR solution, we relied on a fairly underdeveloped application that required at least 5–6 working days just to complete payroll calculations not to mention the post-payroll phase. Now, with the new system, we can manage payroll calculation in a maximum of 2–3 days, and everything related to post-payroll reports, accounting entries, and all steps required to finalize the process is just one click away.
